The space

SEVU Villa No. 3, completed in 2025, offers fresh, modern, and stylish accommodations designed to impress. As you enter, you are immediately welcomed by a refreshing private pool right at the entrance, setting the tone for your peaceful stay. Step inside the fully enclosed living area, where cool air conditioning offers a comfortable escape from the tropical warmth. The space is thoughtfully designed with modern touches, perfect for lounging or entertaining.
Just off the living area is the first bedroom, a peaceful retreat featuring an ensuite bathroom complete with a luxurious bathtub, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. Adjacent to this, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, whether it is a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner.
Take the stairs up to the second floor where you will find two more bedrooms. These rooms share a stylish bathroom designed to meet all your needs. From Bedroom 3, a private staircase leads you directly to the rooftop where a jacuzzi with soothing bubbles awaits you. Without a heating system, perfect for Bali’s naturally warm climate, you can enjoy the gentle breeze and stunning ocean views all day long or as the sun sets, creating a serene and unforgettable experience.
Regular cleaning is included for your comfort, and our concierge is available by call or text to assist you anytime, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. Please note that parking space is limited, scooters are easy to accommodate, but if you plan to bring a car, kindly to let me know in advance so I can check the feasibility and see how we can best assist you.
Please note that SEVU Villas are located in a newly developed area of Pantai Mengening. As the neighborhood continues to grow, some construction may still be ongoing. While the noise is generally minimal when you're inside the villa with all doors closed, there could be occasional disruptions. I just wanted to be upfront about this. My team and I are always available to help in any way we can to minimize any inconvenience.

Guest access

You will have exclusive and private access to the entire villa and its facilities. Our team provides daily cleaning six days a week, while pool and garden maintenance is done 2–3 times a week. If you prefer not to be disturbed on certain days, just let me or my onsite staff know in advance, and we’ll be happy to adjust the schedule to ensure your full privacy.

Neighbourhood

SEVU Villas is a newly developed villa complex located in the emerging area of Pantai Mengening, just 1.9 km from the beach’s relaxed sunset spot where several bars and local eateries can be found. The villas are situated 9 km from Canggu, with its lively cafés and nightlife, and 8 km from the iconic Tanah Lot Temple, one of Bali’s most famous cultural landmarks.
