The space

SEVU Villa No. 1, finished in 2025, brings you a fresh and stylish space designed for a laid-back and comfortable stay. Right as you walk in, you’re greeted by a private pool at the entrance, the perfect welcome to your relaxing getaway.
Inside, the living area is fully enclosed and air-conditioned, giving you a cool break from Bali’s tropical heat. It’s a bright, modern space with a clean design, great for hanging out, watching a movie, or just enjoying a quiet moment.
Just next to the living room is the first bedroom, complete with its own ensuite bathroom and a bathtub that's perfect for soaking after a long day out. The kitchen is right around the corner and comes fully stocked with everything you need to cook, whether it's a quick snack or something more special.
Upstairs, you’ll find two more bedrooms that share a modern bathroom. One of the bedrooms (Bedroom 3) has its own staircase that takes you straight up to the rooftop, and that’s where things get even better. There’s a private jacuzzi up there (no heating, since the Bali weather keeps it warm naturally), plus incredible ocean views and a cool breeze, perfect any time of day, especially at sunset.
We’ve got daily cleaning included to keep things fresh, and our concierge team is just a message away if you need anything at all. Just a quick heads-up, parking is a bit limited. Scooters are totally fine, but if you're bringing a car, please let me know in advance and I’ll do my best to help sort it out.
Also, a quick note, SEVU Villas are in a newly developing part of Pantai Mengening. The area is growing fast, so there might be some construction nearby. It’s usually pretty quiet inside the villa with the doors closed, but you might hear occasional noise. I always want to be transparent about that, and of course, my team and I are here to help with anything if it ever becomes an issue.

Guest access

You will have exclusive and private access to the entire villa and its facilities. Our team provides daily cleaning six days a week, while pool and garden maintenance is done 2–3 times a week. If you prefer not to be disturbed on certain days, just let me or my onsite staff know in advance, and we’ll be happy to adjust the schedule to ensure your full privacy.

SEVU Villas is a newly developed villa complex located in the emerging area of Pantai Mengening, just 1.9 km from the beach’s relaxed sunset spot where several bars and local eateries can be found. The villas are situated 9 km from Canggu, with its lively cafés and nightlife, and 8 km from the iconic Tanah Lot Temple, one of Bali’s most famous cultural landmarks.
