The space

Newly built in 2026, this stylish tropical 2-bedroom private villa offers a peaceful and comfortable stay in a convenient central Bali location, just a short walk from Trans Studio Mall, one of the island’s largest shopping and entertainment complexes with restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and shops.
Our villa is ideally located about 20 minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport, around 10 minutes to Seminyak, and 10 minutes to Denpasar, making it easy to explore Bali while enjoying the privacy of your own tropical retreat.
As you enter the villa, you are welcomed by a beautiful open-plan living space designed to blend indoor comfort with Bali’s tropical atmosphere. The living area features a cozy sunken sofa and TV, creating a relaxing space to unwind, watch a movie, or simply enjoy the view of the private swimming pool just steps away.
Next to the living area is a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing breakfast, light meals, or enjoying a relaxed dinner at the villa.
The villa features two comfortable bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for rest and privacy. Both bedrooms include comfortable king sized beds, air conditioning, spacious wardrobes and their own private ensuite bathrooms with bathtubs, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring Bali.
To make your stay effortless, our onsite staff also provides daily housekeeping 6 day per week, keeping the space fresh and comfortable throughout your visit. Our 24/7 concierge service is also available by message or phone to assist with transportation, recommendations, tours, or anything you may need during your stay.
This villa offers the perfect balance between tropical privacy and convenient city access, making it ideal for couples, friends, or small families looking to enjoy Bali while staying close to shops, restaurants, and popular areas.

Guest access

You will have exclusive & private access to the entire Villa & its facilities.
If you wish to not be disturbed during some days of your stay by any villa staff, as we provide daily cleaning 6 day per week and pool & garden maintenance, you can inform me or my onsite staff in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure your full privacy.

Neighbourhood

The villa is located in a convenient central Bali area, just a short walking distance from Trans Studio Mall, where you will find a large selection of restaurants, cafés, shops, and a supermarket. Its strategic location also allows easy access to Seminyak (about 15 minutes), Denpasar (around 10 minutes), and Ngurah Rai International Airport (approximately 19 minutes).
While close to many amenities, the villa is tucked away in a residential area, allowing you to enjoy a quieter and more relaxed atmosphere away from the busy streets.
A shared parking space is available near the villa. If you plan to bring a car, please let us know in advance so we can check availability.
The villa is also located in a newly developing residential area, and as the neighborhood continues to grow, there may occasionally be some daytime construction nearby. Don't hesitate to reach out for more details and updates!
