The space

If you’re someone who enjoys staying in a space that feels more like a home than a hotel, Villa Delia might be just right for you. It’s private, quiet, and has everything you need to feel comfortable and settled during your time in Bali.
Located just 400 meters from Pantai Lima Beach, the villa offers a peaceful retreat while still being close to the ocean. It has two bedrooms, a 2 x 2 meter private dip pool, and a fully enclosed, air-conditioned living area. There’s also a sunken lounge with a TV and Netflix, and a fully equipped kitchen in case you feel like cooking or just enjoying a quiet meal at home.
One bedroom is on the ground floor and the other is upstairs. Both have their own ensuite bathrooms with hot and cold showers, and you’ll find enough space for clothes, luggage, and even a small setup if you need to do a bit of work during your stay.
Upstairs, there’s also a stairway leading to a rooftop area where you can relax, catch the sunset, and if the sky is clear, enjoy a small peek at the ocean. When it’s not too hot or raining, it's a lovely little spot to relax and take in the breeze, especially in the late afternoon.
For extra comfort during your stay, we provide cleaning service 6 days a week, pool maintenance twice a week, and 24/7 concierge support available anytime via text or call.
There is a small parking area available for a couple of scooters. If you plan to bring a car, please let me know in advance so I can check whether street parking is feasible. The access road is a shared alley, and one of our neighbours is located at the end, so it’s important for us to coordinate respectfully.

Guest access

You will have exclusive & private access to the entire Villa & its facilities.
If you wish to not be disturbed during some days of your stay by any villa staff, as we provide daily cleaning 6 day per week and pool & garden maintenance, you can inform me or my onsite staff in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure your full privacy.

Neighbourhood

Villa Delia is just about 400 meters from Pantai Lima Beach, great for a morning walk, relaxing by the waves, or watching the sunset. The villa offers a calmer neighborhood, while still being just a 7 to 10-minute drive to the lively center of Canggu.
Only 100 meters from the villa is Loka Yoga School, not just a regular studio, but a respected yoga school and retreat center, perfect if you're looking to deepen your practice or simply join a class during your stay.
For your morning coffee, Bagucinno is just a few steps away, very casual and convenient. If you're in the mood for something more lively or a beachfront meal, Lyma Beach is only 400 meters away. It’s a stylish beachside restaurant and bar where you can enjoy food, drinks, or just chill by the sea.
