The space

If you're looking for a quiet place to relax, with the comforts of a home and the privacy of a villa, Villa Lu’um could be a great fit for your stay in Bali.
Tucked in a newly developed neighborhood in Tumbak Bayuh, the area feels peaceful and green, yet you're still a short ride from the liveliness of Pererenan and Canggu. It's ideal if you're looking for something a little more grounded and local, away from the crowds.
As you step into Villa Lu’um, you're welcomed by a calm, open space and a swimming pool that sets a relaxed, easygoing tone for your stay. Both bedrooms are on the ground floor, each with an ensuite bathroom, hot and cold shower, and room to settle in comfortably. Whether you're here on holiday or working remotely, you'll have the privacy and space to make it feel like your own.
The living area is enclosed and air-conditioned, complete with a sunken lounge and a TV with Netflix when you feel like staying in. The kitchen is fully equipped, giving you the option to prepare your own meals or simply enjoy coffee in the morning without needing to go out.
Head up to the rooftop and you'll find one of the villa’s most special corners. With sun loungers and direct views of the rice fields, it’s a peaceful little escape to enjoy the breeze, catch the sun, or sit back with a drink as the sky changes color in the evening.
There’s space to park a couple of scooters comfortably. We recommend using scooters, as the alley isn’t suitable for car parking. But no worries, cars can still access the villa to drop you off or pick you up with ease.
Daily cleaning is included (six days a week), and the pool is maintained twice a week. Our 24/7 concierge team is always just a message away and happy to help with anything you need, from arranging massages or scooter rentals to sharing local tips or assisting during your stay, ensuring you settle in and enjoy Bali with ease.

The neighborhood

Villa Lu'um is nestled in a newly developed neighborhood next to the beautiful rice fields of Tumbak Bayuh. It’s a peaceful hideaway, just 10-15 minutes from the lively center of Canggu. Since the villa and the alley are brand new, the road is still a work in progress, but it’s perfectly accessible by car. Just a heads up, the alley can be a bit dark at night due to limited lighting, so please take care. Within a quick 5-minute drive, you'll find some delightful cafes and restaurants to be explored.
