The space

As you enter the villa, you’ll be welcomed by the bright and inviting living area, fully enclosed and air-conditioned for your comfort. It features a spacious sofa where you can settle in and relax, along with a large TV with Netflix access (just log in with your own account). The living space faces the swimming pool, and if you're in the mood for a more tropical, open-air feel, simply slide the doors open and let the fresh breeze in.
Just steps away is the dining area, which connects seamlessly to a well-equipped kitchen. Whether you’d like to prepare a full meal or just something light, the kitchen has everything you need, including a fridge, microwave, drinking water dispenser, and all the essential cooking utensils to make your stay easy and comfortable.
On the first floor, you’ll find a bedroom with a 180 x 200 cm bed, air conditioning, ample storage, a safety box, and an en-suite bathroom complete with a bathtub, a perfect spot to relax after a day out.
The second-floor features two more bedrooms, each fitted with the same comfortable 180 x 200 cm bed, private en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and storage space.
Make your way up to the third floor and you’ll find a spacious rooftop area with a cozy sitting corner, perfect for lounging, reading, or simply enjoying the peaceful atmosphere as the sun sets.
To make your stay even more seamless, we provide housekeeping service six days a week, pool and garden maintenance two to three times weekly, and a 24/7 concierge service to assist you with anything you may need during your stay.
There’s also private parking available for a couple of scooters or one city car. If you're planning to bring a car, just let me know in advance and I’ll be happy to double-check availability for you.
