The space

Step through the private entrance into Villa Karnak's bright and welcoming living area. Overlooking the pool through large glass sliding doors, this comfortable space features a spacious sofa, Smart TV, air conditioning, and ceiling fans, making it the perfect place to gather and unwind.
Just behind the living area, the dining and kitchen space invites everyone to gather together. The dining table seats up to eight guests, while the fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for home-cooked meals, from quick breakfasts to family dinners.
Nestled beneath the staircase is a dedicated children's playroom, thoughtfully designed to keep younger guests entertained while remaining close to the villa's main living spaces. It's a wonderful spot for little ones to enjoy their own adventures while parents relax nearby.
Step outside to the villa's spacious private pool, surrounded by tropical greenery and garden views. Cool off with a refreshing swim, relax on one of the sunbeds, or gather in the outdoor lounge area with its comfortable sofa. Designed for both relaxation and family time, this outdoor space is perfect for making the most of Bali's tropical atmosphere.
Upstairs, you'll find the villa's private sleeping quarters, thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, space, and flexibility for families and groups. The spacious master suite offers a comfortable space to unwind after a day exploring Bali. Filled with natural light, it features a king-sized bed, air conditioning, Smart TV, wardrobe, safety box, and a private ensuite bathroom complete with a bathtub, perfect for soaking at the end of the day.
The second and third bedrooms are equally comfortable, each furnished with a queen-sized bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, and dressing table. Bright and inviting, both rooms enjoy large windows overlooking the pool and tropical greenery, creating a welcoming space to settle in and recharge. These bedrooms share a well-appointed bathroom with a shower, conveniently located on the same floor.
Also located upstairs is the villa's flexible +1 room, designed to adapt to your needs. Use it as a private office with a dedicated desk and chair for remote work, or convert it into an additional sleeping space with the sofa bed for extra guests. Overlooking the pool through large windows, it's a bright and versatile room that works equally well as a workspace, reading nook, or extra bedroom for larger families.
Daily housekeeping is included 6 days a week, along with 24-hour concierge service available via call or text to assist you throughout your stay.
A private garage is available at the villa. There is also a shared parking area in front of the property that can accommodate up to two medium-sized cars. Please note that parking availability in the shared area may vary. If you plan to bring a vehicle, kindly let us know in advance so we can check the availability for you.
As the area is still developing, there is construction nearby so some noise may be heard during the day, and we will always do our best to ensure your stay remains comfortable.

Situated in Tibubeneng, Villa Karnak offers the perfect balance of convenience and tropical living. From trendy cafes and beach clubs to family-friendly attractions and everyday essentials, everything you need is just a short drive away.
- Berawa Beach and Batu Bolong Beach are less than 15 minutes away, a great spot for sunset views, beach walks, or a relaxing day by the ocean.
- Well-known beach clubs such as Potato Head, Cafe del Mar, FINNS Beach Club, and Atlas Beach Club are all within 15–25 minutes drive.
- For those who want to stay active, Soma Fight Club and Nirvana Life Fitness & Wellness Club are both less than 5 minutes from the villa.
- Alfamart and Indomaret convenience stores are less than a 5-minute drive from the villa for your daily needs.
- Pepito Market Canggu is only a 5-minute walk away.
For healthy and organic options, Bali Natural Organic is approximately 10 minutes walk.
- For medical needs, Siloam Medika Canggu and APT+ pharmacy are both less than 5 minutes drive away.

As the surrounding area is still developing, there is ongoing construction next door, so some daytime noise may occasionally be heard. We will always do our best to ensure your stay remains comfortable.
