The Space

As you enter the residence, you are immediately welcomed by a large private swimming pool surrounded by a lush garden, a cozy sitting corner, and a gazebo facing the open view. The gazebo is furnished with comfortable sun beds, creating the perfect place to relax and soak in the tropical atmosphere from morning to sunset.
Newly built in 2026, this beautifully designed private luxury residence offers generous space and comfort in a peaceful residential area of Nyanyi. The living area is beautifully and thoughtfully designed, featuring an indoor tropical garden that brings natural greenery into the heart of the home and creates a fresh, calming ambiance. For added comfort, the space is equipped with air conditioning as well as ceiling fans, allowing you to adjust the atmosphere to your preference.
The living room features a stylish sunken sofa facing a large smart TV with Netflix access. Guests simply need to log in to their own account to enjoy their favorite shows and movies, making it a perfect space to unwind after a day exploring Bali.
Across the indoor garden, just beyond the living area, you will find a welcoming dining space connected to a fully equipped kitchen. Whether you enjoy cooking your own meals or prefer to have someone prepare your favorite dishes for you, this space is designed to make every dining experience comfortable and enjoyable.
The villa offers four spacious bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, with two bedrooms located on the ground floor and two on the second floor. Every bedroom is furnished with a king size bed measuring 180 x 200 cm, air conditioning, and a wardrobe, providing a comfortable and private retreat for every guest.
On the second floor, you will also find a spacious balcony with a sitting area, offering an additional relaxing spot to enjoy fresh air and quiet moments overlooking the surroundings.
The two ground floor bathrooms embrace a semi open tropical concept that allows natural light and fresh air to flow naturally through the space. A small lush garden sits in the corner beside the shower area, adding a serene touch. Each of these bathrooms is equipped with both an indoor and an outdoor shower, allowing you to fully enjoy Bali’s tropical living experience in complete privacy.
Fully equipped and ideal for families or groups, the villa is designed for both quality time together and peaceful relaxation. With 24 hour concierge service available and daily housekeeping included, every detail is arranged to ensure a seamless and memorable stay in Nyanyi.
There is parking space available for one car. If you are planning to bring a vehicle, especially a larger car, please let us know in advance so we can check availability and ensure smooth access.

Guest Access

You will have exclusive and private access to the entire villa and its facilities. Our team provides daily cleaning six days a week, while pool and garden maintenance is done 2–3 times a week. If you prefer not to be disturbed on certain days, just let us or our onsite staff know in advance, and we’ll be happy to adjust the schedule to ensure your full privacy.

The neighborhood

Villa Konstelasi is located in a newly developing residential area in Nyanyi, offering a peaceful setting with a touch of local charm. As the area continues to develop, there may occasionally be some nearby construction activity. We will do our best to ensure you have a comfortable stay.
Nyanyi Beach is just 2 km away, ideal for quiet coastal walks and beautiful sunsets. The famous Tanah Lot Temple, one of Bali’s most iconic landmarks, is only a 10-minute drive from the villa. For guests who wish to explore livelier scenes, the vibrant cafes, restaurants, and shops of Canggu are around 30 minutes away by car.
The villa is approximately 23 km from Ngurah Rai International Airport, offering a convenient yet tranquil retreat away from the main tourist crowds.

• PARKING SPACE?
There is parking space for a couple of scooters.

• HOW CAN I ORGANIZE SOME SERVICES DURING MY STAY?
You can either pre-book services with us online before arrival, or arrange any kind of services, activities, or tours with our Concierge onsite, available 24/7 via WA.

• CAN YOU PRE-FILL THE FRIDGE FOR ME BEFORE I ARRIVE?
Yes! We can make some groceries for you upon request. Just let us know in advance and we will send you the payment request to pay for the groceries via Airbnb along with the invoice for them (note that we charge a 10% service fee on the bill).

• DO YOU PROVIDE LAUNDRY SERVICES?
We can assist you in bringing your clothes to a nearby laundry. Avoid giving fragile clothes, and remember to check all items when brought back to you to make sure nothing is missing or damaged.

• SHOULD I EXPECT TO ENCOUNTER MOSQUITOES, INSECTS OR OTHER ANIMALS?
Bali being a tropical island, mosquitoes & insects are everywhere. While we do organize fogging twice per month to limit as much as possible their number, we do advise guests to bring their own mosquito repellent, or use the ones provided at the villa if any. It is also common to spot other exotic animals (lizards, bats, ants, etc.), especially in gardens & open spaces. All of which are harmless and part of local everyday life.
