The space

SEVU Villa No. 7, built in 2025, is a private 1-bedroom studio-style villa designed for comfort and ease. The air-conditioned open-plan layout combines the bedroom, kitchen, and living space into one modern interior, furnished with a 180x200 bed, ensuite bathroom, and a sitting area with a couch, TV, and Netflix. WiFi is available throughout the property, making it easy to stay connected during your stay.
The rooftop level is the highlight of the villa, featuring a private pool with sweeping ocean views and a comfortable sitting corner to relax, read, or enjoy a drink while watching the sunset. This dedicated space allows for both quiet moments and memorable evenings under the stars.
To ensure a truly seamless experience, regular cleaning is included, along with 24/7 concierge service to assist with arrangements, recommendations, and any needs that may arise. The villa combines modern conveniences with a sense of exclusivity, making it an ideal retreat for a relaxed yet well-serviced stay.

Guest access

You will have exclusive and private access to the entire villa and its facilities. Our team provides daily cleaning six days a week, while pool and garden maintenance is done 2–3 times a week. If you prefer not to be disturbed on certain days, just let me or my onsite staff know in advance, and we’ll be happy to adjust the schedule to ensure your full privacy.

SEVU Villas is a newly developed villa complex located in the emerging area of Pantai Mengening, just 1.9 km from the beach’s relaxed sunset spot where several bars and local eateries can be found. The villas are situated 9 km from Canggu, with its lively cafés and nightlife, and 8 km from the iconic Tanah Lot Temple, one of Bali’s most famous cultural landmarks.
