The space

Villa Papiya is a magnificent new property offering 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a spacious open living room with its fully equipped kitchen & a private pool. It is also conveniently located less than 5min from the neighborhoods of Oberoi and Seminyak, and their restaurants, bars and shops.
Each room is equipped with a King Size bed, flat screen TV, a dressing room with safe, and its own private bathroom. Each have a shower, two of them are also equipped with a bathtub.
The living space has a lounge with a sofa as big as comfortable and a flat screen TV with DVD player, a dining area with seating for 10, and a fully equipped kitchen. This will allow you to cook all your favorite dishes (or have someone cook for you all kinds of dishes).
The garden, vast and sumptuous, in which is located the wide swimming pool surrounded by 8 sun baths (perfect for relaxing, getting tanned, or take a nap after a long day out shopping or exploring Bali), features lush tropical vegetation. A true paradise.

Villa Papiya is located in the quiet Jalan Mertanadi, only 5min away from the heart of Seminyak, and 10/15min from the beach of Seminyak.
