The space

Ideally situated in Kerobokan, between the vibrant areas of Seminyak and Canggu, this one-bedroom villa is well suited for couples or solo travelers. Upon entering the villa, guests are welcomed by the private swimming pool positioned at the center of the property, surrounded by a small deck and lounging space, creating an outdoor area where guests can enjoy Bali’s tropical weather.
The villa features a fully enclosed living area with large glass doors that allow natural light to enter the space, while air conditioning helps maintain a cool indoor environment. The living room includes a sofa facing a Smart TV, along with a ceiling fan. At the back of the living area, there is a fully equipped kitchen with warm wooden finishes and a modern island counter. The kitchen includes basic cooking facilities, allowing guests to prepare meals or enjoy breakfast inside the villa.
The villa offers one spacious bedroom designed with comfort and privacy in mind. A king-size bed sits at the center of the room, complemented by air conditioning and soft lighting. The bedroom also includes a wardrobe with storage space and a small desk area, suitable for guests who may need a place to work or organize their plans while staying in Bali. The private ensuite bathroom is equipped with both a bathtub and a separate shower.
Your stay includes daily housekeeping and 24-hour concierge service by call or text to assist during your visit.
There is a shared parking space available for two cars. If you are planning to bring a vehicle, especially a larger car, please let us know in advance so we can check availability.

Neighbourhood

Our villa is located in Kerobokan, a well-connected area between Seminyak and Canggu with easy access to beaches, restaurants, and beach clubs.
- Batu Belig Beach is around 4 km away, a great spot to enjoy beautiful sunsets, beach walks, or a relaxing day by the ocean.
- The lively areas of Seminyak and Canggu are just a short drive away, offering plenty of trendy cafes, restaurants, boutiques, and nightlife.
- Popular beach clubs such as FINNS Beach Club and ATLAS Beach Club can be reached in about 15–25 minutes drive, depending on traffic. Also the well-known local pub The Plumbers Arms is about a 5-minute drive away if you’re looking for a casual drink or meal.
- For daily essentials, Alfamart and Indomaret convenience stores are only about a 5-minute walk from the villa.
- Pepito Semer is also around a 5-minute walk, making it easy to shop for groceries during your stay. If you prefer healthy and organic groceries, Bali Buda is approximately 5 minutes by scooter.
- For medical needs, Lira Medika Hospital and Kimia Farma Semer Pharmacy are both approximately 5 minutes by scooter from the villa.
Our neighborhood is lively and developing, so there is some construction next door. While it may be occasionally noticeable during the stay, my team and I are here to ensure your stay remain enjoyable.
