The Space

Stepping into the villa, you will be welcomed by a private swimming pool, creating a refreshing and relaxing atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The outdoor area invites you to enjoy the tropical setting, whether you choose to take a swim, lounge by the pool, or simply unwind.
Inside, you will find an open living concept that combines the living area, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen in one comfortable space. The layout allows natural light and fresh air to flow through, giving you a bright and airy environment to relax, dine, or spend quality time together. The kitchen comes with essential appliances and cookware, making it easy for you to prepare meals during your stay.
You will have two comfortable bedrooms designed for a restful night’s sleep. The villa features one spacious semi-open bathroom to share, complete with a bathtub where you can enjoy a soothing soak after a long day. The semi-open design brings a natural touch while maintaining privacy and comfort.
With its simple, warm, and homey ambiance, this villa offers you a peaceful base for your Bali getaway, whether for a short escape or a longer stay. Our team is always available to assist you to ensure everything runs smoothly and comfortably.

Guest Access

You will have exclusive and private access to the entire villa and its facilities. Our team provides daily cleaning six days a week, while pool and garden maintenance is done 2–3 times a week. If you prefer not to be disturbed on certain days, just let us or our onsite staff know in advance, and we’ll be happy to adjust the schedule to ensure your full privacy.

The neighborhood

Our villa is tucked away in a quiet and growing residential area in Nyanyi, surrounded by local life and peaceful greenery. It’s a lovely spot to unwind, away from the busy tourist zones, while still being close enough to explore Bali’s main attractions.
- Nyanyi Beach is just 2 km away, perfect for morning walks or catching stunning sunsets by the ocean.
- The famous Tanah Lot Temple, one of Bali’s most iconic landmarks, is only a 10/15 minute drive from the villa.
- If you’re in the mood for lively cafes, beach clubs, or restaurants, the trendy area of Canggu is about 20-30 minutes away.
- As Nyanyi continues to grow, there may sometimes be construction nearby, but we always do our best to make sure your stay remains calm and comfortable.

• PARKING SPACE?
There is parking space for a couple of scooters.

• HOW CAN I ORGANIZE SOME SERVICES DURING MY STAY?
You can either pre-book services with us online before arrival, or arrange any kind of services, activities, or tours with our Concierge onsite, available 24/7 via WA.

• CAN YOU PRE-FILL THE FRIDGE FOR ME BEFORE I ARRIVE?
Yes! We can make some groceries for you upon request. Just let us know in advance and we will send you the payment request to pay for the groceries via Airbnb along with the invoice for them (note that we charge a 10% service fee on the bill).

• DO YOU PROVIDE LAUNDRY SERVICES?
We can assist you in bringing your clothes to a nearby laundry. Avoid giving fragile clothes, and remember to check all items when brought back to you to make sure nothing is missing or damaged.

• SHOULD I EXPECT TO ENCOUNTER MOSQUITOES, INSECTS OR OTHER ANIMALS?
Bali being a tropical island, mosquitoes & insects are everywhere. While we do organize fogging twice per month to limit as much as possible their number, we do advise guests to bring their own mosquito repellent, or use the ones provided at the villa if any. It is also common to spot other exotic animals (lizards, bats, ants, etc.), especially in gardens & open spaces. All of which are harmless and part of local everyday life.
