The Property
Villa Laurenda is a modern 3-bedroom villa perfect for families and groups looking for comfort and convenience.
The enclosed living area with air conditioning is ideal for families with kids, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you might need to cook (or have someone cook for you) any kind of meals. You also have Netflix access, you just need to log in with your own account.
Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, wardrobe, and safety box. One of them also features a spacious bathroom with a bathtub for relaxing moments.
As the neighborhood continues to grow, there is some construction activity nearby during the day. When the doors are fully closed, it’s generally not audible. We do our best to ensure you have a comfortable stay, and please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need anything during your visit.
Housekeeping is provided six days a week, pool and garden are maintained 2–3 times per week, and 24/7 concierge support is available to assist you with anything you need during your stay.
Villa Laurenda offers a modern, comfortable, and family-friendly base for exploring Bali.

The Location
Our villa is tucked away in a quiet and growing residential area in Nyanyi, surrounded by local life and peaceful greenery. It’s a lovely place to unwind, away from the busy tourist zones, while still close enough to explore Bali’s main attractions.
- Nyanyi Beach is just 2 km away, perfect for morning walks or enjoying beautiful sunsets by the ocean.
- The famous Tanah Lot Temple, one of Bali’s most iconic landmarks, is only a 10–15 minute drive from the villa.
- If you’re in the mood for lively cafés, beach clubs, or restaurants, the trendy area of Canggu is about 20–30 minutes away.
- As Nyanyi continues to grow, there may occasionally be construction nearby. For any more details or an update, don't hesitate to contact us.
