🌿 Private Pool and Tropical Garden:
From the front door, step into your own private paradise, complete with a long pool that offers both sun and shaded areas. Lounge on one of the two comfortable sunbeds or cozy up with a drink on the bean bags at the poolside. The lush tropical garden enhances the peaceful atmosphere, offering an ideal space to relax, meditate, or take stunning photos. There is also a hammock for you to stargaze or lay on with a good book. At the beginning of the pool, before entering into the spacious villa space, there are 2 comfortable bean bags for you to sit and wind down with a good wine for sunset or maybe a cup of coffee in the morning with sunrise flares cutting through the waving palms and bamboos.

🎨 Art and Music Everywhere:
Feel inspired by the artistic touches throughout the villa. A vibrant mural of a toucan adorns one wall, while another black-and-white mural depicts a joyful saxophone player in his rhythm amidst the rocks of Rio’s coastline. The closed living room offers a cool, serene space with handpicked furniture, plush cushions, and artfully chosen décor. The fully equipped kitchen features a kitchen cooking island with a 4 pit stove and bar stools, making it easy to prepare meals without missing out on the view or conversation. The dining area seats up to six people, feasible 8, making it ideal for group meals, whether you're enjoying a homemade feast or takeaway from local favorites. You can also opt for a floating breakfast or order in meals for a relaxed dining experience. This space is equipped with ceiling fan and AC with the option for you to close the sliding doors and have a chill day or leave it wide open and enjoy the fresh air coming in.

🛌 Spacious, Comfortable Bedrooms:
Each of the two spacious bedrooms is designed for luxury and comfort. The master bedroom includes a 2x2m bed, luxurious bathtub, sky-lit rain shower, and a sitting area for added comfort. The second bedroom features a 1.8x2m bed, sky-lit rain shower for a tropical feel. Both bedrooms come with flat-screen TVs, Netflix and Youtube for unwinding after a day of exploring.

For those days when you’d rather explore local cuisine, you’re only minutes away from some of Bali’s best eateries. The villa is conveniently located between Seminyak and Canggu within 12-15 minutes commuting time, offering you the best of both worlds for relaxation in Umalas and then dining, shopping, and exploring between Canggu & Seminyak.

Guest access

You will have exclusive and private access to the entire villa and its facilities. Our team provides daily cleaning six days a week, while pool and garden maintenance is done 2–3 times a week. If you prefer not to be disturbed on certain days, just let me or my onsite staff know in advance, and we’ll be happy to adjust the schedule to ensure your full privacy.

Neighbourhood

Casa Ipanema is nestled in the peaceful residential area of Jalan Tegal Cupek in Kerobokan. It's just a 3-minute drive to Bumbak, and only 10 minutes away from both Seminyak and Canggu. You’ll find several restaurants within walking distance, making dining out easy and convenient.
For your essentials, the villa is just 1 km away from Lira Medika Bali Hospital, a pharmacy, the popular Bali Buda Kerobokan café and organic store, and The Plumbers Arms Pub & Restaurant. Additionally, Pepito Market Semer, a large supermarket, is only 1.8 km away for all your grocery needs.
