Villa Ambrogio is a stunning, newly built property, completed in 2025, located in a newly developed area of the vibrant Canggu. This modern two-story villa offers a blend of contemporary design and comfort, making it the perfect retreat for those seeking both luxury and convenience.
The villa features a private pool, providing a serene spot to relax and unwind. The spacious living area is fully enclosed and equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable atmosphere throughout the year. With large windows offering a view of the pool, the living room is the perfect place to enjoy quality time with family and friends, or to unwind in front of the smart TV, which allows you to log into your own Netflix account for endless entertainment.
The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals at your convenience, featuring modern appliances and ample counter space. From the living area, stairs lead up to the second floor, where all the bedrooms are located. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed for privacy and comfort, complete with its own en-suite bathroom with both hot and cold shower facilities. Additionally, each room has access to a private balcony, offering a peaceful space to enjoy the outdoors and the surrounding views.
For coffee lovers, there is a charming new coffee shop just a few steps from the villa, perfect for grabbing a fresh brew in the morning or enjoying a relaxing afternoon coffee.
Please note that there are a few construction sites near the villa, and while this area is developing rapidly, it may cause some temporary noise or inconvenience during your stay. We appreciate your understanding and hope it won't disrupt your experience at Villa Ambrogio.

You will have exclusive & private access to the entire Villa & its facilities.
If you wish to not be disturbed during some days of your stay by any villa staff, as we provide daily cleaning 6 day per week and pool & garden maintenance, you can inform me or my onsite staff in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure your full privacy.

Villa Ambrogio is located in a newly developed and vibrant area of Canggu, offering a perfect blend of modern conveniences and peaceful surroundings. The neighborhood is fast-growing, with trendy cafes, boutique shops, and restaurants just a short walk away. It’s also a 3-minute drive to the heart of Canggu, known for its lively atmosphere, surf spots, and beautiful beaches. Despite the growth, the area retains a relaxed, laid-back vibe ideal for both relaxation and exploration.
